Premium Website Package

Booking, payments and a build shaped around how the business actually converts.

The WebBizora Premium package is a 25-page custom website for $2,999 as a one-time cost, adding a booking or appointment system, online payments, a customer portal, bilingual capability and advanced schema to everything in Business, with four revision rounds and 90 days of post-launch support.

Included

  • Up to 25 pages
  • Everything in Business
  • Booking or appointment system
  • Online payments (Stripe or equivalent)
  • Customer portal or member area
  • Bilingual build where the market needs it
  • Advanced schema and AEO structure
  • 4 revision rounds
  • 90 days post-launch support
  • Full ownership of the finished site

Not included — and why we say so up front

  • Domain registration and renewal — yours to own, typically $10-20 a year
  • Hosting — yours to choose, typically $5-30 a month for a site this size
  • Content writing and product descriptions (available separately)
  • Photography and stock image licensing
  • Logo design from scratch — existing brand assets required
  • SEO, paid ads and social media management — not sold here; we can refer you
  • Ongoing maintenance after the included support period (optional plan)

Every one of those exclusions is standard across the industry — published cost guides note that even a $5,000 build typically excludes content writing. Suppliers differ mainly in whether they tell you before or after.

The difference this makes

What Changes Once It Is Live

Before

Hard to verify

A customer checking you out finds a social profile and no way to confirm the business is real.

Enquiries at your pace

People can only reach you when someone is free to answer.

Unclear coverage

Nobody can tell which areas or services you actually cover.

Details scattered

Hours, prices and contact details live in three places and disagree.

Compliance unaddressed

Disclosure and accessibility duties that apply to your market are simply unmet.

With this package

Checkable in a minute

Company details, service areas and what you do, stated plainly and verifiable.

Contactable at 11pm

A form and a WhatsApp route that work when the phone does not.

Coverage stated

The areas and services you genuinely serve, named, so the right people find you.

Fast on a phone

Speed and Core Web Vitals worked on during the build, not afterwards.

Built to the rules

Accessible markup and the disclosures your market requires, in from the start.

What we will not claim: that a new site will lift your search rankings. That depends on competitors, links and a dozen things outside a developer’s control. What is inside it is everything above.

The detail

Who This Is For

Established service businesses where the website has to do a job — take the booking, take the payment, and hold the customer relationship afterwards.

Who it is not for: A product catalogue. If you are selling things rather than time, E-Commerce is the right package. We would rather move you to the right package than sell you the wrong one.

Booking Is Worth More Than It Looks

For appointment businesses this is usually the single highest-value part of the site, because a large share of bookings get made outside working hours when nobody is answering the phone. A booking system that works on a phone at eleven at night captures work that otherwise goes to whoever answers first tomorrow. The booking websites page goes into how the flow is built and where booking systems normally lose people.

Payments, and the Part Nobody Warns You About

We integrate Stripe or an equivalent gateway, configured properly. What is worth knowing before you budget: the gateway takes its own percentage of every transaction, and that is a permanent running cost paid to them, not to us. Anyone quoting you "payments included" without mentioning that is describing the integration and quietly skipping the economics.

Bilingual Belongs Here, Not Bolted On Later

In several markets a second language is a legal question rather than a preference — Quebec's language rules apply to a commercial website regardless of company size, and Catalonia requires specified consumer information in Catalan. Elsewhere it is simply commercial. Either way, retrofitting a second language into a finished site is consistently the expensive route, because it affects navigation, forms, number formatting and layout direction together. Our Montreal and Barcelona pages set out what those two markets actually require.

Questions

Premium Package — Common Questions

The Premium package is $2,999 one-time and includes a booking or appointment system, online payments and up to 25 pages. Comparable builds through a freelancer or small studio are documented at $3,000–$8,000 in 2026.

No, and they cannot be. Stripe or your chosen gateway charges a percentage of each transaction directly to you. We build and configure the integration; the transaction fee is an ongoing cost between you and the provider.

Often yes, and it is worth asking before the build rather than after. If you already pay for a booking or practice management system, integrating it is usually better than replacing it — tell us what you run and we will say plainly whether it will work.

Bilingual capability is included in the build where the market needs it — the structure, the language switching and the layout handling. The translated copy itself is content, which is not included in any package.
